The following is a snapshot of our Manager Effectiveness Survey. As such it represents only a small sample of our survey capability. The power of ADI surveys comes in the questions that are asked and the data that it returns. This sample survey will give you an idea of how easy it is to use our online survey resource, but keep in mind that designs can be personalized with unique background colors, logos, fonts, languages, end pages, etc.

Finally, ADI surveys require a username and password login to authenticate each user’s submission. Login information is automatically sent to each survey taker via e-mail along with the link to access the survey. The process is quick, simple, easy to follow, and has resulted in an average of 95% responding on the surveys we implement.
